Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment due to sickness relating to Covid-19 or any other illness, the usual policy will not apply to you. Please do not abuse this policy at a whim. if you cancel due to Covid-19 you may not book an appointment for 7 days for self quarantine timing.

Your appointment is our priority and is reserved for you.  We know that life can throw a curve ball  and the need to change your appointments  is unavoidable.  We respectfully request 48 hours (2 days) notice of your cancellation. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to offer our services to another patron.  You should be receiving a confirmation 72 hours (3 days) prior to your appointment because we know how easy it is to forget something you scheduled months ago. Since we reserve these times just for you,  a cancellation fee will apply.

--Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in fee of 50% of the reserved service charge.

--a "no show" will be charged 100% of the reserved service charge.

--a credit card must be provided to book further appointments

Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of availability.  Please know that when you don't give required notice or miss an appointment... We lose revenue from you or by another guest who could've taken that reserved time.
